Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt erhält, wenn man 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 1 Mo12,5-Aminonaphthol-7-sul- fosäure, 1 Mol Anilin und 1 Mol Dehydrothio- toluidinsulfosäure aufeinander einwirken lässt.
Das ternäre Kondensationsprodukt aus 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 1 Mol 2,5-Aminonaphthol- 7-sulfosäure, 1 Mol Anilin und 1 Mol De- hydrothiotoluidinsulfosäure bildet ein gelbes Pulver, das sich in Sodalösung fast farblos löst. Es besitzt ausgesprochene Affinität zur Baumwollfaser und kann auf dieser, zum Beispiel durch Behandeln mit Diazoverbin- dungen, in Farbstoffe übergeführt werden.
Beispiel: Eine feine Suspension von 18,5 Gewichts teilen Cyanurchlorid in Eiswasser wird mit einer neutralen Lösung von 23,9 Gewichts teilen 2,5-Aminonaphthol-7-sulfosäurevereinigt und damit während 1-11/2 Stunden bei 0 gerührt. Während dieser Zeit lässt man lang sam eine Lösung von 5,3 Gewichtsteilen Soda zufliessen. Hierauf fügt man eine neutrale Lösung von 32 Gewichtsteilen Dehydrothio- toluidinsulfosäure zu, steigert die Temperatur auf 40 und lässt während 11/2 Stunden wieder eine Lösung von 5,3 Gewichtsteilen Soda zufliessen.
Man fügt nun 9,3 Gewichtsteile Anilin zu und erwärmt 112 Stunden auf 80 . Es bildet sich das ternäre Kondensationsprodukt aus 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 1 Mol 2,5-Aminonaph- thol-7-sulfosäure, 1 Mol Dehydrothiotoluidin- sulfosäure und 1 Mol Anilin, das durch Gus- salzen gefällt und isoliert werden kann.
Zum gleichen Produkt gelangt man, wenn man die drei Komponenten in einer andern Reihenfolge auf Cyanurchlorid einwirken lässt.
Process for the production of a new intermediate product in the tar color industry. It has been found that a new intermediate is obtained if 1 mole of cyanuric chloride, 1 mole of cyanuric chloride, 1 mole of aniline and 1 mole of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfonic acid are allowed to act on one another.
The ternary condensation product of 1 mole of cyanuric chloride, 1 mole of 2,5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid, 1 mole of aniline and 1 mole of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfonic acid forms a yellow powder which dissolves almost colorlessly in soda solution. It has a pronounced affinity for cotton fibers and can be converted into dyes on this, for example by treatment with diazo compounds.
Example: A fine suspension of 18.5 parts by weight of cyanuric chloride in ice water is combined with a neutral solution of 23.9 parts by weight of 2,5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid and stirred at 0 for 1-11 / 2 hours. During this time, a solution of 5.3 parts by weight of soda is allowed to flow in slowly. A neutral solution of 32 parts by weight of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfonic acid is then added, the temperature is increased to 40 and a solution of 5.3 parts by weight of soda is allowed to flow in again over 11/2 hours.
9.3 parts by weight of aniline are then added and the mixture is heated to 80 for 112 hours. The ternary condensation product is formed from 1 mol of cyanuric chloride, 1 mol of 2,5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid, 1 mol of dehydrothiotoluidine sulfonic acid and 1 mol of aniline, which can be precipitated and isolated by means of cast salts.
The same product is obtained if the three components are allowed to act on cyanuric chloride in a different order.
