Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt erhält, wenn man 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 1 Mol 1,8-Aminonaphthol-3,6- disulfosäure, 1 Mol Anilin und 1 Mol De- hydrothiotoluidinsulfosäure aufeinander ein wirken lässt.
Das ternäre Kondensationsprodukt aus 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 1 Mol 1,8-Aminonaph- thol-3,6-disulfosäure, 1 Mol Anilin und 1 Mol Dehydrothiotoluidinsulfsoäure bildet ein gelbes Pulver, das sich in Sodalösung fast farblos löst. Es besitzt ausgesprochene Affinität zur Baumwollfaser und kann auf dieser, zum Beispiel durch Behandeln mit Diazoverbin- dungen, in Farbstoffe übergeführt werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine feine Suspension von 18,5 Gewichts teilen Cyanurchlorid in Eiswasser wird mit einer neutralen Lösung von 31,9 Gewichts teilen 1,8-Aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfosäure ver einigt und damit während 1-11/2 Stunden bei 0<B>0</B> gerührt. Während dieser Zeit lässt man langsam eine Lösung von 5,3 Gewichtsteilen Soda zufliessen. Hierauf fügt man eine neu trale Lösung von 32 Gewichtsteilen Dehydro- thiotoluidinsulfosäure zu, steigert die Tempe ratur auf 40 und lässt während 112 Stunden wieder eine Lösung von 5,3 Gewichtsteilen Soda zufliessen.
Man fügt nun 9,3 Gewichtsteile Anilin zu und erwärmt 11/E Stunden auf<B>80'.</B> Es bildet sich das ternäre Kondensationsprodukt aus 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 1 Mol 1,8-Amino- naphthol-3,6-disulfosäure, 1 Mol Dehydro- thiotoluidinsulfosäure und 1 Mol Anilin, das durch Aussalzen gefällt und isoliert werden kann.
Zum gleichen Produkt gelangt man, wenn man die drei Komponenten in einer andern Reihenfolge auf Cyanurchlorid einwirken lässt.

It has been found that a new intermediate is obtained if 1 mole of cyanuric chloride, 1 mole of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid, 1 mole of aniline and 1 mole of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfonic acid are allowed to act on one another.
The ternary condensation product of 1 mole of cyanuric chloride, 1 mole of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid, 1 mole of aniline and 1 mole of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfoic acid forms a yellow powder which dissolves almost colorlessly in soda solution. It has a pronounced affinity for cotton fibers and can be converted into dyes on this, for example by treatment with diazo compounds.
<I> Example: </I> A fine suspension of 18.5 parts by weight of cyanuric chloride in ice water is combined with a neutral solution of 31.9 parts by weight of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid and is used for 1- Stirred for 11/2 hours at 0 <B> 0 </B>. During this time, a solution of 5.3 parts by weight of soda is allowed to flow in slowly. 9.3 parts by weight of aniline are then added and the mixture is heated to 80 minutes for 11 / E hours. The ternary condensation product is formed from 1 mol of cyanuric chloride and 1 mol of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6 -disulfonic acid, 1 mol of dehydro thiotoluidinsulfonic acid and 1 mol of aniline, which can be precipitated and isolated by salting out.
The same product is obtained if the three components are allowed to act on cyanuric chloride in a different order.
