Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der     Teerfarbenindustrie.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein  neues Zwischenprodukt erhält, wenn man  1     Mol        Cyanurchlorid,        211I'        o1        1,8-Aminonaphthol-          3,6-disulfosäure    und 1     Mol        Dehydrothioto-          luidinsulfosäure    aufeinander einwirken lässt.  



  Das     ternäre    Kondensationsprodukt aus  1     Mol        Cyanurchlorid,    2     Mol        1,8-Aminonaph-          thol-3,6-disulfosäure    und 1     Mol        Dehydrothio-          toluidinsulfosäure    bildet ein gelbes     Pjilver,     das sich in     Sodalösung    fast farblos löst. Es  besitzt ausgesprochene Affinität zur     Baum-          wollfaser    und kann auf dieser, z. B. durch  Behandeln mit     Diazoverbindungen,    in Farb  stoffe übergeführt werden.  



       Beispiel:     Eine feine Suspension von 18,5 Gewichts  teilen     Cyanurchlorid    in Eiswasser wird mit  einer neutralen Lösung von 63,8 Gewichts  teilen     1,8-Aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfosäure    ver  einigt und damit während einer Stunde bei  0-5   und hierauf weitere zwei Stunden bei  15<B>0</B> gerührt. Während dieser Zeit lässt man    langsam eine Lösung von 10,6 Gewichtsteilen  Soda zufliessen. Hierauf fügt man eine neu  trale Lösung von 32 Gewichtsteilen     Dehy-          drothiotoluidinsulfosäure    zu, steigert die Tem  peratur auf 80   und, hält sie unter Rühren  während 3 Stunden. Dann lässt man langsam  eine Lösung von<B>5,3</B> Gewichtsteilen Soda  zufliessen.

   Durch Zufügen von Kochsalz lässt  sich das Produkt abscheiden.  



  Zum gleichen Produkt gelangt man, wenn  man auf das     Cyanurchlorid    zunächst die De  hydrothiotoluidinsulfosäure und dann als     Ami-          nonaphthol    einwirken lässt.

  The ternary condensation product of 1 mole of cyanuric chloride, 2 moles of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid and 1 mole of dehydrothiotoluidine sulfonic acid forms a yellow powder which dissolves almost colorlessly in soda solution. It has a pronounced affinity for cotton fibers and can be used on this, e.g. B. by treating with diazo compounds are converted into color substances.



       Example: A fine suspension of 18.5 parts by weight of cyanuric chloride in ice water is combined with a neutral solution of 63.8 parts by weight of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid and thus for one hour at 0-5 and then more Stirred for two hours at 15.0. During this time, a solution of 10.6 parts by weight of soda is allowed to flow in slowly. A neutral solution of 32 parts by weight of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfonic acid is then added, the temperature is increased to 80 and it is kept under stirring for 3 hours.    The product can be separated by adding table salt.



  The same product is obtained if the cyanuric chloride is first allowed to act on the dehydrothiotoluidinsulfonic acid and then as aminonaphthol.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol Cyanurchlorid, 2 Mol 1,8-Aminonaphthol-3,6- disulfosäure und 1 Mol Dehydrothiotoluidin- sulfosäure aufeinander einwirken lässt.
