      Verfahren    zur Herstellung     eines        Oxydationsproduktes    eines     schwefelhaltigen,    Derivates       aliphatischer        höherer        liohlenwasserstoffe.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Oxydations  produktes eines schwefelhaltigen Derivate       aliphatischer    höherer     Kohlenwasserstoffe,    da  durch gekennzeichnet,     .dass    man das     hydroxyl-          haltige        Schwefelungsprodukt,

      das man     aits          Trichlorhartparaffin    durch Erhitzen mit Na  tronlauge und Erhitzen des so erhaltenen       hydroxylhaltigen        Üls    mit einer     Schwefel-          alkalilösun        g;    gemäss     -zcliweiz.    Patent     Nr.     158140 erhält, mit einem Gemisch von  Schwefelsäure und Wasserstoffsuperoxyd  oxydiert.  



  Das neue Oxydationsprodukt ist die dem       Ausgangsprodukt    entsprechende     hydroxyl-          haltige        Sulfosä.ure,    es stellt ein fast farbloses,  salbenartiges, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pro  dukt dar. Es soll als Hilfsprodukt für ver  schiedene     textilistische    Zwecke     Verwendung     finden.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  9 Teile     eines        hydroxylhaltigen        Schwe-          felungsproduktes,    das man aus     Trichlorhart-          pa.raffin    durch Erhitzen mit Natronlauge     und     Erhitzen des so     erhaltenen        hydroxylhaltigen     Öls mit einer     Sehwefelalkalilösung    gemäss  Schweizer Patent Nr. 158440 erhält, werden  mit 25 Teilen Wasser suspendiert und auf  <B>1.00</B>          erhitzt.

   Unter starkem Rühren lässt  man bei 95 bis<B>100</B>   eine Mischung von  8,5 Teilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  10 Teilen 33%igem     Wasserstoffsuperoxyd          (Caro'sehe    Säure) langsam einlaufen. Es  bildet sich zuerst das weisse in Wasser un  lösliche     Disulfid,    das bei weiterem Zusatz der       Caro'schen    Säure allmählich dünnflüssig wird  und nach einigen Stunden weiteren     Erhitzens     vollständig in die     entsprechende        Sulfosäure     umgewandelt     ist.    Das ausgeschiedene Öl  wird von der     sauren        @ösün;

          getrennt    und      eventuell noch getrocknet.     31an    erhält: ein  fast farbloses, salbenartiges Produkt, das in  Wasser     leicht    löslich ist. Die neue     Sulfosäure     kann     in,die        Alkalisalze    umgewandelt werden  und als solche zur Verwendung gelangen.
