Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Diazosalzpräparates    für Färberei und     Druckerei.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein gut  haltbares.     Diazosalzpräparat    für Färberei und  Druckerei erhält, wenn man die wie üblich  hergestellte mineralsaure     Diazosalzlösung    von       5-Nitro-2-amino-l-toluol    mit einem     1.5-naph-          talindisulfosauren    Metallsalz umsetzt.  



  Das so erhaltene neutrale     1.5-Naphtalin-          disulfonat    des     diazotierten        5-Nitro-2-amino-l-          toluols    von zum Beispiel 28      /o    Gehalt an       Nitrotoluidinbase    bildet ein     gelbbraunes,    gut  haltbares, lösliches, unmittelbar zum Ausfär  ben grundierter Baumwolle geeignetes     Diazo-          salzpräparat,    das zweckmässig mit geeigneten,  die Ausfärbungen, die Löslichkeit und die  Haltbarkeit günstig beeinflussenden Zusätzen  und     Färbereihilfsmitteln,    wie zum Beispiel  Aluminiumsulfat oder Alaun,

       arylsulfonsauren     Metallsalzen und dergleichen noch auf einen  handelsüblichen     Diazogehalt    eingestellt wird.    <I>Beispiel</I>    Eine aus 152 Teilen-     5-Nitro-2-amino-l-          toluol    in üblicher Weise hergestellte konzen  trierte Lösung des     Diazochlorids    wird mit    200 Teilen     1.5-naphtalindisulfosaurem    Na  trium,     Molekulargewicht    332, bis zur völligen  Umsetzung     verrührt;

      dann wird     abfiltriert     und das     Diazosalz    bei mässiger Temperatur  getrocknet und unter Umständen durch Ver  mischen mit geeigneten     Färbereihilfsstoffen     in handelsfertige Form gebracht. Diese Zu  sätze können auch dem noch feuchten     Di-          azosalz        zugemischt    werden.
