Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes. Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes, bei dem 1-Amino - 4 - (p-toluidino) - anthrachirron-2-car- bonamid so lange mit einem sulfonierend wirkenden Mittel behandelt wird, bis das Reaktionsprodukt eben völlig wasserlöslich geworden ist.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen ähnlich wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man 1-Amino-4-arrilirroanthrachinon-2-car-bon- amid so lange mit einem sulfonierend wir kenden Mittel behandelt, bis das Reaktions produkt eben völlig wasserlöslich geworden ist.
Der erhaltene Farbstoff, eine S ulfonsäure des 1-Amino-4-anilirioanthrachirron-2-carbon- amids, färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren rotstichig blauen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel</I> 10 Teile 1-Amirro-4-anilino.rathrachinon-2- carbonamid werden in 100 Teilen Schwefel säuremonolrydrat gelöst, worauf bei Zimmer- temperatur so lange rauchende Schwefel- säure, enthaltend 23 % 80s, zugegeben wird, bis eine entnommene und aufgearbeitete Probe erkennen lässt, dass das Reaktionsprodukt eben völlig wasserlöslich geworden ist.
Darauf giesst rnan das Reaktionsgemisch in Eiswasser und salzt den entstandenen Farbstoff in der üblichen Weise aus.
Process for the preparation of a dye. The main patent relates to a process for the production of a dye in which 1-amino - 4 - (p-toluidino) - anthrachirron-2-carbonamide is treated with a sulfonating agent until the reaction product has just become completely water-soluble.
It has now been found that a similarly valuable dye is obtained if 1-amino-4-arrilirroanthraquinone-2-carbon amide is treated with a sulfonating agent until the reaction product has just become completely water-soluble.
The dye obtained, a sulfonic acid of 1-amino-4-anilirioanthrachirron-2-carbonamide, dyes wool from an acid bath in clear, reddish-tinged blue shades.
<I> Example </I> 10 parts of 1-amirro-4-anilino.rathraquinone-2-carboxamide are dissolved in 100 parts of sulfuric acid monolyrate, whereupon fuming sulfuric acid containing 23% 80s is added at room temperature until a sample taken and processed shows that the reaction product has just become completely water-soluble.
The reaction mixture is then poured into ice-water and the dye formed is salted out in the usual way.
