      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 108932.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen     Farbstoff    erhält, wenn man     2,5-Di-Cb-          naphthylaminobenzochinon    mit einer. Lösung  von Chlor in     Schwefeldichlorid,    entsprechend  der     Zusammensetzung        Sch,    und zwar im  Verhältnis von 1     Mol.        2,5-Di-a-naphthyl-          aminobenzochinon    zu 2     Mol.        SCIs    bei höherer  Temperatur behandelt.

   Der neue     Farbstoff     bildet ein blauschwarzes Pulver, welches  sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  stumpfgrüner Farbe löst und Wolle aus der       Küpe    blaugrau färbt.  



       Beispiel:     3,9 Teile     2,5-Di-a-naphthylaminobenzochi-          non    werden in etwa der 20fachen Menge  Nitrobenzol suspendiert und dann unter  Kühlung bei etwa     5-101'    mit 2,8 Teilen  einer Lösung von Chlor in     Schwefeldichlorid,     entsprechend der Zusammensetzung     SCIs,     versetzt. Hierauf wird auf 100   erhitzt und  das Gemisch einige Zeit bei dieser Tempe  ratur belassen. Der neue     Farbstoff    wird so-    dann kalt filtriert, mit Alkohol nachgewaschen  und getrocknet. Die Reaktion kann auch  bei Gegenwart von säurebindenden Mitteln,  wie Kreide,     Mg0    oder dergleichen durch  geführt werden.

SCIs, bei höherer Temperatur behandelt.
