Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     2,5-Di-          anilidobexizochinon    mit einer Lösung von  Chlor in     Schwefeldichlorid,    entsprechend der  Zusammensetzung     S,.('1-i,    und zwar im Ver  hältnis von 1     Mol.        2,5-Dianilidobenzochi-          non    zu 4     Mol.        S2C1;"    bei höherer Tempera  tur behandelt.

   Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein  rotbraunes Pulver, das sich in konzentrier  ter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst  und Wolle aus der     Küpe    rotbraun färbt.  



       Beispiel     7,25 Teile     2,5-Dianilidobenzoehinon    wer  den in etwa der 2fachen Menge     Nitro-          henzol    suspendiert und dann unter Küh  lung bei etwa 5 bis<B>10'</B> mit 12,07     Tei-          1i#ri    einer Lösung von Chlor in     Schwefel-          ilichlorid,    entsprechend der Zusammensetzung       S2CI;,    versetzt. Hierauf wird auf<B>100'</B> er  hitzt und das Gemisch einige Zeit bei die  ser Temperatur belassen. Der neue Farbstoff    wird sodann kalt filtriert, mit Alkohol nach  gewaschen und getrocknet.

   Die Reaktion  kann auch bei Gegenwart von säurebinden  den     Miteln,    wie Kreide,     Mg0    oder derglei  chen durchgeführt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da.ss man 2,5-Dianilidobenzochinon mit einer Lö sung von Chlor in Schwefeldichlorid, ent sprechend der Zusammensetzung S,C15, und zwar im Verhältnis von 1 Mol. 2,5-Dianilido- benzochinon zu 4 Mol. SZCh, bei höherer Temperatur behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotbraunes Pulver, das sich in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst und Wolle aus der Küpe rotbraun färbt.
