Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     da.ss    man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     6-Chlor-2,5-di-          anilidobenzochinon    mit einer Lösung von  Chlor in     Schwefeldichlorid,    entsprechend der  Zusammensetzung     SCh,    und zwar im Ver  hältnis von 1     Mol.        6-Chlor-2,5-dianilido-          benzochinon    zu 1     Mol.        SCl3,    bei Tempera  turen die um 200' liegen, behandelt.

   Der  neue Farbstoff bildet ein graublauschwarzes  Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit grünlich grauer Farbe löst und  Wolle aus der     güpe    grüngrau färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  3,3 Teile     6-Chlor-2,5-@dianilidobenzochi-          non    werden in etwa der     20-fachen    Menge  Nitrobenzol suspendiert und dann unter  Kühlung bei etwa 5 bis 10   mit 1,4 Teilen  einer Lösung von Chlor in     Schwefeldichlo-          rid,    entsprechend der Zusammensetzung     SC13,     versetzt. Hierauf wird auf Siedetemperatur  erhitzt und das Gemisch einige Zeit bei die  ser Temperatur belassen. Der neue Farb-         stoff    wird sodann kalt filtriert, mit Alkohol  nachgewaschen und getrocknet.

   Die Reak  tion kann auch bei Gegenwart von säurebin  denden Mitteln, wie Kreide,     Mg0    oder der  gleichen durchgeführt     werden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Heustellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 6-Chlor-2,5-dianilidobenzochinon mit einer Lösung von Chlor in Schwefeldichlorid, entsprechend der Zusammensetzung SCh, und zwar im Verhältnis von 1 Mol. 6-Chlor- 2,5-dianilidobenzochinon zu 1 Mol. SC13, bei Temperaturen die um 200' liegen, be handelt.
