Description
Yerfahren zur Herstellung eines Diazosalzpräparates für Färberei und Druckerei. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein gut haltbares Diazosalzpräparat für Färberei und Druckerei erhält, wenn man die wie üblich hergestellte mineralsaure Diazosalzlösung von m-Nitroanilin mit einem 1.5-naphtalindisulfo- sauren Metallsalz umsetzt.
Das so erhaltene neutrale 1.5-Naphtalin- disulfonat des diazotierten Nitroanilins- von zum Beispiel 37 % Gehalt an Nitroanilin- base bildet ein bräunliches, gut haltbares, lösliches, unmittelbar zum Ausfärben grun dierter Baumwolle geeignetes Diazosalzprä- parat, das zweckmässig mit geeigneten, die Ausfärbungen, die Löslichkeit und die Halt barkeit günstig beeinflussenden Zusätzen und Färbereihilfsmitteln, wie zum Beispiel Alu miniumsulfat oder Alaun,
arylsulfonsauren Metallsalzen und dergleichen, noch auf einen handelsüblichen Diazogehalt eingestellt wird. ,Beispiel: Eine aus 138 Teilen m-Nitroanilin in üblicher Weise hergestellte konzentrierte Lö- sung des Diazochlorids wird mit 180 Teilen 1. 5-naphtalindisulfosaurem Natrium, Moleku- largewicht 332, bis zur völligen Umsetzung verrührt;
dann wird abfiltriert und das Di- azosalz bei mässiger Temperatur getrocknet und unter Umständen durch Vermischen mit geeigneten Färbereihilfsstoffen in handelsfer tige Form gebracht. Diese Zusätze können auch dem noch feuchten Diazosalz zugemischt werden.
