Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung eines     Diazosalzpräparates    für Färberei     und    Druckerei.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein gut  haltbares     Diazosalzpräparat    für Färberei und  Druckerei erhält,     wecin    man die wie üblich  hergestellte mineralsaure     Diazosalzlösung    von       p-Chloranilin    mit einem     1.5-naphtalindisul-          fosauren    Metallsalz umsetzt.  



  Das so erhaltene neutrale     1.5-Naphtalin-          disulfonat    des dianotierten     p-Chloranilins    von       zum        Beispiel        28        %        Gehalt        an        Ohloranilin-          base        bildetein    weisses, am     Lichtund    beim Lagern  sich bräunendes, gut- haltbares, lösliches,  unmittelbar zum Ausfärben grundierter Baum  wolle geeignetes     Diazosalzpräparat,    das zweck  mässig mit geeigneten, die Ausfärbungen,

   die  Löslichkeit und die Haltbarkeit günstig be  einflussenden Zusätzen und     Färbereihilfsmit-          teln,    wie zum Beispiel Aluminiumsulfat oder  Alaun,     arylsulfonsauren    Metallsalzen - und  dergleichen noch auf einen handelsüblichen       Diazogehalt    eingestellt wird.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  Eine aus 128 Teilen     p-Chloranilin    in  üblicher Weise hergestellte konzentrierte LP-         sung    des     Diazochlorids    wird mit 180 Teilen       1.5-naphtalindisulfosaurem    Natrium, Mole  kulargewicht 332, bis zur völligen Umsetzung  verrührt; dann wird     abfiltriert    und das     Diazo-          salz    bei mässiger Temperatur getrocknet und  unter Umständen durch Vermischen mit ge  eigneten     Färbereihilfsstoffen    in handelsfertige  Form gebracht. Diese Zusätze können auch  dem noch feuchten     Diazosalz    zugemischt  werden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Diazosalz- präparates für Färberei und Druckerei, daduch gekennzeichnet, dass man die wie üblich her gestellte mineralsaure Diazosalzlösung von p-Chloranilin mit einem 1.5-naphtalindisul- fosauren Metallsalz umsetzt.
