Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Diazosalzpräparates    für Färberei und Druckerei.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein gut  haltbares     Diazosalzpräparat    für Färberei  und Druckerei erhält, wenn man die wie  üblich hergestellte mineralsaure     Diazosalz-          lösung    von     p-Chlor-o-nitroanilin    mit einem       l.5-naphtalindisulfosauren    Metallsalz um  setzt.  



  Das so erhaltene neutrale 1.     5-Naphtalin-          disulfonat    des     diazotierten        Chlornitroanilins     von z. B. W /o Gehalt an     Chlornitroanilinbase     bildet ein gelbes, gut haltbares, lösliches, un  mittelbar zum Ausfärben grundierter Baum  wolle geeignetes     Diazosalzpräparat,    das  zweckmässig mit geeigneten, die Ausfärbun  gen, die Löslichkeit und die Haltbarkeit  günstig beeinflussenden Zusätzen und     Fär-          bereihilfsmitteln,    wie zum Beispiel Alumi  niumsulfat oder Alaun,     arylsulfonsauren    Me  tallsalzen und dergleichen,

   noch auf einen  handelsüblichen     Diazogehalt    eingestellt wird.       Beispiel     Eine aus 173 Teilen     4-Chlor-2-nitro-l-          anilin    in üblicher Weise hergestellte konzen-         trierte    Lösung des     Diazochlorids    wird mit  190 Teilen     1.5-naphtalindisulfosaurem    Na  trium, Hol.-Gewicht 332, bis zur völligen  Umsetzung verrührt; dann wird     abfiltriert     und das     Diazosalz    bei mässiger Temperatur  getrocknet und unter Umständen durch Ver  mischen mit geeigneten     Färbereihilfsstoffen     in handelsfertige Form gebracht.
