  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Diazosalzpräparates    für Färberei und Druckerei.    -Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein     geit     haltbares     Diazosalzpräparat    für Färberei  und Druckerei erhält, wenn man die wie  üblich hergestellte mineralsaure     Diazosalz-          lösung    von     o-Aminodiphenyläther    der For  mel:

    mit einem     1.5-naphtalindistilfosauren          tallsalz    umsetzt.  



  Das so erhaltene neutrale 1.     5-NaphtaIin-          disulfonat    des     diazotierten        o-Aminodiphenyl-          äthers    von z. B. 40 % Gehalt an     Amino-          phenylätherbase    bildet ein bräunliches, gut  haltbares, lösliches, unmittelbar zum Aus  färben grundierter Baumwolle geeignetes     Di-          azosalzprä.pa.rat,    das zweckmässig mit geeig  neten, die Ausfärbungen, die Löslichkeit und  die Haltbarkeit günstig beeinflussenden Zu  sätzen und     Färbereihilfsmitteln,        wie    zum  Beispiel Aluminiumsulfat oder Alaun,

       aryl-          sulfosauren    Metallsalzen und dergleichen,  noch auf einen handelsüblichen     Diazogehalt     eingestellt wird.         Beispiel:     Eine aus 185 Teilen     ortlio-Aminodiplien    5-1  äther in üblicher Weise hergestellte konzen  trierte Lösung des     Diazochlörids    wird mit  190 Teilen     1.5-naphtalindisulfosaurem    Na  trium,     Mol.-Gewicht    332, bis zur völligen  Umsetzung verrührt;

   dann wird     abfiltriert     und das     Diazosalz    bei mässiger Temperatur  getrocknet und unter Umständen durch Ver  mischen mit geeigneten     Färbereihilfsstoffen     in handelsfertige Form gebracht. Diese Zu  sätze können auch dem noch feuchten     Diazo-          salz    zugemischt werden.

  The neutral 1.5-naphthalenedisulfonate thus obtained of the diazotized o-aminodiphenyl ether of z. B. 40% aminophenyl ether base content forms a brownish, long-lasting, soluble, diazo salt preparation which is suitable for dyeing primed cotton and which is expediently mixed with suitable additives which have a beneficial effect on coloration, solubility and durability sets and dyeing auxiliaries, such as aluminum sulfate or alum,

       aryl sulfonic acid metal salts and the like, is still adjusted to a commercial Diazo content. Example: A concentrated solution of the diazochloride prepared in the usual way from 185 parts of ortlio-aminodiplien 5-1 ether is stirred with 190 parts of 1.5-naphtalindisulfosaurem sodium, mol. Weight 332, until the reaction is complete;

   it is then filtered off and the diazo salt is dried at moderate temperature and, under certain circumstances, brought into commercial form by mixing it with suitable dyeing auxiliaries. These additives can also be added to the still moist diazo salt.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a diazo salt preparation for dyeing and printing, characterized in that the mineral acid diazo salt solution of o-aminodiphenyl ether of the formula: EMI0001.0041 with a 1.5-naphtalindisulfosiiuren metal salt.

The neutral 1 .. 5-naphthalene disulfonate of the diazotized o-aminophen y1- Ä.ether obtained in this way forms a brownish, easily durable, soluble diazo salt preparation which is immediately suitable for dyeing primed cotton.
