Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Diazosalzpräparates    für Färberei und Druckerei.    Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man ein gut  haltbares     Diazosalzpräparat    für Färberei und  Druckerei erhält, wenn man die wie üblich  hergestellte mineralsaure     Diazosalzlösung    von       o-Nitroanilin    mit einem     1.5-Daphtalindisul-          fosauren    Metallsalz umsetzt.  



  Das so erhaltene neutrale     1.5-Naphta-          lindisulfonat    des     diazotierten        o-Nitroanilins     von zum Beispiel     37/o    Gehalt an     Nitroani-          linbase    bildet ein gelbes, gut haltbares,  genügend lösliches, unmittelbar zum Aus  färben grundierter Baumwolle geeignetes       Diazosalzpräparat,    das zweckmässig mit geeig  neten, die Ausfärbungen, die Löslichkeit  und die Haltbarkeit günstig beeinflussenden  Zusätzen und     Färbereihilismitteln,    wie zum  Beispiel     Aluminiumsullat    oder Alaun,

       aryl-          sulfonsauren    Metallsalzen und dergleichen  noch auf einen handelsüblichen     Diazogehalt     eingestellt wird.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine aus<B>138</B> Teilen     o-Nitroanilin    in übli  cher Weise hergestellte konzentrierte Lö-         sung    des     Diazochlorids    -wird mit<B>180</B> Teilen       1.5-naphtalindisulfosaurein    Natrium,     'Hole-          kulargewicht   <B>332,</B> bis     zur    völligen Umsetzung  verrührt; dann wird     abfiltriert    und das     Di-          azosalz    bei mässiger Temperatur getrocknet  und unter Umständen durch Vermischen mit  geeigneten     Färbereihifsstoffen    in handelsfer  tige Form gebracht.

   Diese Zusätze können  auch dem noch feuchten     Diazosalz    zugemischt  werden.
