Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wertvollen     güpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent     ist    ein Verfahren zur       Darstellung    eines wertvollen     Küp.enfarbstof-          fes    beschrieben, bei dem     Aminodibenzanthron,

       das erhalten werden kann durch     Reduktion     des     durch        Nitrieren    von     Dibenzanthron    ent  stehenden     1Tonouitrodibenzanthrons.mit    einem  in     I.-Stellung    negativ     substituierten        Anthra-          chinon    kondensiert wird.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man  einen     ähnlichen    wertvollen     Küpenfarb-          stoff    erhält, wenn man d     Mol.        Amino--          dibenzanthron,    das erhalten werden kann  durch     Reduktion    des durch     Nitrieren    von       Dibenzanthron        entstehenden        Mononitrodi-          benzanthrons,    mit 1     Mol.    eines dreifach       halogensubstituierten        Dibenzauthrons,

      das  durch     Halogenieren    von     Dibenzanthron    in       Ghlorsulfonsäure    erhalten werden kann, kon  densiert. Die     Kondensation        führt    man       z-,veckmä.ssig    in hochsiedenden     Lösungs-    oder       Verdünnungsmitteln    aus, und man kann  hierbei auch säurebindende     Mittel    zusetzen.    Vielfach ist die Anwendung von Katalysa  toren vorteilhaft, als welche beispielsweise  Gemische von     Natriumacetat    und Kupfer  salzen benutzt werden     können.     



  Der neue     güpenfarbstoff    ist ein schwarzes  Pulver; er ist in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure mit violetter Farbe löslich und färbt  Baumwolle aus blauer     güpe    in     blauschwarzen.          hervorragend    echten Tönen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    66 Teile     Dibrom-monochlordibenzanthron     werden in     1000    Teilen     'L\itrabenzol    mit 140  Teilen     Aminodibenzanthron,.    50     Teilen        Na.-          triumacefat    und 15 Teilen Kupferoxyd so  lauge unter Rühren gekocht, bis die     Farb-          stoffbildung    beendet ist. Statt des     Dibrom-monochlordibenz-          anthrons    kann man auch     Tribrom-,        Triehlor-          oder        Diehlor-monobromdibenzanthron    in äqui  valenter Menge anwenden.
