Verfahren zur Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Küpenfarbsto$es. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines. stickstoffhaltigen Küpen- farbstoffes, beschrieben, bei dem man 1 Hol.
des durch Behandlung von Pyranthron mit Halogen in Chlorsullfons,äure erhältlichen Tetrahalo;genpyranthrons mit 3 Mbl. des durch Nitrieren von Dibenzanthron mit Sal petersäure in Nitrobenzol, und Reduktion der entstandenen Nitroverbindung erhältlichep Aminodibenzanthrons und 1 Hol.
1-Amino- a_nthrachinon umsetzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden; dass man einen neuen Küpenfarbstoff erhär1t, wenn man 1 Hol. Dihalogendibenzpyrenchinon, erhält lieh durch Halogenieren von Diben7,pyrenchi- non von der Formel:

in Chlorsulfonsäure unter Zugabe von Jod, mit 1 Hol. Dibrommo@noaminoclibenzauthron, erhältlich durch Bromieren von Aminodibenz- anthron in. Nitrobenzol, und i 1 Hol. 1-Amino-- anthrachinon umsetzt. Die Kondensaòn führt man zweckmässig in hochsiedenden Verdünnungsmitteln und unter Zusatz von säurebindenden Mitteln, wie Natriumacetat, aus.
Vielfach ist es von Vorteil, gätalysa- toren, beispielsweise Kupferverbindungen, zuzusetzen.
Der neue Farbstoff döst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe und gibt mit alkalischer Hydxosulfitlösun,; eine violette Küpenlösung, aus der die pfle.nz- liche Faser in grauen bis schwarzen, hervor- iss <B>.</B> a,gend, echten Tönen gefärbt wird.
