Description

  

      "Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines wertvollen     Hilpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent     ist    ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines wertvollen     Küpenfarb-          stoffes    beschrieben, bei dem     Aminadibenzan-          thron,    das erhalten werden kann durch Re  duktion des durch Nitrieren von     Dibenzan-          thron    entstehenden     Mononitrodibenzanthro:

  ns,     mit einem in     1-Stellung    negativ     srubstituier-          ten        Anthrac.hinon        kondensiert    wird.  



       Es    wurde nun gefunden,     d,a.ss:    man einen  ähnlichen wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoff    erhält,  wenn man 4     Mol.        Aminod        ibenzanthro,n,    das  erhalten werden     kann    durch     Reduktion    des  durch Nitrieren von     Dibenzanthron    ent  stehenden     Mononitrodibenzanthrons,    mit 1       Mol.        Tetrahalogen-allo-ms-naphtodianthron,

       hergestellt durch Behandeln von     a.llo-ms-          Naphtodianthron    mit     mindestens    4 Atomen  Halogen     kondensiert.    Die Kondensation     führt     man zweckmässig in hochsiedenden Lösungs  oder     Verdünnungsmitteln    aus, und man kann  hierbei auch säurebindende Mittel zusetzen.  Vielfach ist die Anwendung von     Katalysa:            toren        vorteilhaft,,    als welche     beispielsweise     Gemische von     Natriumacetat    und Kupfer  salzen benutzt werden können.  



  Der neue     Küpenfarbstoff    ist ein schwar  zes Pulver; er' ist in     konzentrierter        SchweW-          Aure    mit violetter Farbe löslich und färbt  Baumwolle aus blauer     Küpe    in schwarzen,  hervorragend echten Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  7 2 Teile     Tetra@brom-allo-ms-naphto        dianthro     werden in 1000 Teilen     Nitrobenzol    mit<B>189</B>  Teilen     Aminodibenzauthron,    60 Teilen Na       triumacetat    und 15 Teilen Kupferoxyd so  lange unter Rühren gekocht, bis das Reak  tionsprodukt     praktisch    bromfrei ist. Dann       %vird    in der üblichen Weise aufgearbeitet.  



  Man kann das     Amino,dibenzantbro"i          während,der    Reaktion aus der entsprechenden       Nitroverbindung    und     einem        Reduktionsmittel,     zum     Beispiel        Hydrazinhydrat    oder     .Schwefel,     erzeugen.

   Statt des Tetra -     brom    -     aslo    - ms-           naphtodianthrons        kann    man auch -die äqui  valente Menge     Tribrommonochlor-    oder an  dere gemischte, vierfach     halogensubstituierte          allo-ms-Naphtodia,nthrone    oder     Tetrachlor-          allo-ms-na,phtodi,anthron    verwenden.
