Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 130903.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Farbstaff    erhält, wenn man den durch al  kalische Kupplung erhaltenen     Azofarbstoff     aus     diazotiertem        5-Nitro-4-chlor-2-amino-          phenol    und     2-p-Tolylamino-5-oxynaphthalin-          7-sulfosäure    durch Behandlung mit Chrom  acetat und mittelst eines Backprozesses in       Gegenwart    eines mehrwertigen Alkohols in  dessen Chromverbindung übergeführt.  



  Zur Herstellung der     Backkuchen    ist es  zweckmässig, die Lösungen oder     .Suspensionen     der Chromverbindungen der     ehromierbare     Gruppen enthaltenden     Azofarbstoffe    in  Gegenwart des     Chromierungsmittels    zur  Trockne einzudampfen, wobei auch während       .dem        Eindampfen    teilweise     Chromierung    er  folgen kann.  



  Der     erhaltene    Farbstoff löst sich schwer  in Wasser mit blauer Farbe, sehr gut in       verdüniter        Sod.alösung    oder Natronlauge  mit     grünlichblauer    Farbe. In konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure löst .sich derselbe blauviolett.  Baumwolle wird aus neutralem oder schwach    alkalischem Bad in     grünlichblauen    Tönen  angefärbt.  



       Beispiel:     Der Farbstoff, der erhalten wird durch  alkalische Kupplung von 19,8 Teilen     diazo-          tieTtem        5-Nitro-4-chlor-2-aminophenol    mit  32,9 Teilen     2-p-Tolylamino-5-naphthol-7-          sulfosäure    wird als     Natron-salz    in 6000  Teilen heissem Wasser gelöst     resp.    suspen  diert und mit 15,6 Teilen     CrA    in Form  von 9     %igem    Chromacetat und 30 Teilen  Glyzerin versetzt, auf dem Wasserbad zu  einem Brei eingedampft und der Brei nun  24 Stunden .auf<B>160'</B> erwärmt.

   Die Masse  ist nun zu einem schwärzlichen,     bronzigen     Kuchen erstarrt, welcher leicht pulverisiert  werden kann.
