Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Trisazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem neuen wertvollen Trisazofarbstoff gelangt, wenn man den dianotierten Disazofarbstoff, der erhalten wird durch Kuppeln von Di- azobenzol mit dem technischen. Gemisch der 1,6- und 1,7-Aminonaphthalinsulfosäure, Di- azotieren des so erhältlichen Monoazoiarb- stoffes, Weiterkuppeln mit dem technischen Gemisch der 1,
6- und 1,7-Aminonaphthalin- sulfosä,ure und Diazotieren, mit 1-Amino- 5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfosäure in alkalischem Medium vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser auf Solozusatz mit grüngrauer Farbe löst. Die Lösung in konzentrierter Schwefel säure ist grünstichig blaugrau. Auf Baum wolle erzeugt das Produkt eine grüngraue Färbung.
Beispiel 9,3 Teile Anilin werden wie üblich di anotiert und mit 22,3 Teilen Cleve-Säure (technisches Gemisch der 1,6- und 1,7- Aminonaphthalinsulfosäure) gekuppelt.. Der gebildete Monoazofarbstoff wird in der be kannten Weise mit Nitrit und Salzsäure weiter dianotiert und die entstandene Diazo- verbindung mit 22,3 Teilen CMve-Säure gekuppelt. Nach vollendeter Kupplung wird der Disazofarbstoff mit Kochsalz ausgesal- zen und filtriert.
Nach dem Anschlämmen des Filterkuchens mit Wasser fügt man die nötige Menge Salzsäure hinzu und dianotiert wie üblich durch Zusatz der berechneten Menge Nitrit bei<B>0'.</B> .Sobald die Diazotie- rung vollendet ist, lässt man die Diazover- bindung unter Rühren zu einer soda- alka,lischen Lösung von 24 Teilen der 1- A;mino-5-oxynaphtlialin-7-sulfos.äure zulau fen.
Die Kombination ist sofort fertig und der Trisazofarbstoff wird ausgesalzen, fil triert und getrocknet.

The combination is ready immediately and the trisazo dye is salted out, filtered and dried.
