Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man tetrazotierte Diaminodiphenoxylessigsäure (4.4'-Diamino- diphenylen-3. 3'-bis-glykolsäure) mit 2-Amino- 5-naphthol-7-sulfonsäure oder ihren Derivaten, wie der 2-Amino-5-naphthol-3 .
7-disulfonsäure, 1-Chlor-2-amirro-5-oxy-7-sulfonsäure bezw. ihren N-Aryl- oder N-Alkylsubstitutionspro- dukten vereinigen kann. Die so erhältlichen Farbstoffe liefern in nachgekupferter Färbung blaue Töne von ausserordentlicher Klarheit und sehr guter Wasch-, Licht- und Säure echtheit. In diesen Eigenschaften sind sie den analog gebauten, aus der deutschen Pa tentschrift 61053 bekanntgewordenen Farb stoffen erheblich überlegen.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Disazo- farbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man tetrazotierte 4.4'-Diamino- diphenylen-3.3'-bis-glykolsäure mit 2-p-Ani- sidylamino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonsäure vereinigt. Der erhaltene neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunk les Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit blauer Farbe löst.
Er liefert, auf Baumwolle aus dem Glaubersalzbade gefärbt und nachge- kupfert, blaue Töne von hoher Klarheit und sehr guter Wäsäh- und Lichtechtheit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine in üblicher Weise hergestellte salz saure Tetrazolösung der 4.4'-Diaminodiphe- nylen-3.3'-bis-glyko.Isäure entsprechend 5. g Nitrit wird unter .Kühlen und Rühren in eine sodaalkalisch gehaltene Lösung von 26 g 2- p-Anisidylamino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonsäure ein getropft. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird die Abscheidung des Farbstoffes durch Zugabe von Kochsalz vervollständigt.
Der Farbstoff liefert, auf Baumwolle aus dem Glaubersalz bade gefärbt und nachgekupfert, blaue Töne von hoher Klarheit und sehr guter Wasch-, und Lichtechtheit.
Process for the preparation of a disazo dye. It has been found that tetrazotized diaminodiphenoxyacetic acid (4,4'-diaminodiphenylene-3,3'-bis-glycolic acid) can be mixed with 2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid or its derivatives, such as 2-amino-5-naphthol -3.
7-disulfonic acid, 1-chloro-2-amirro-5-oxy-7-sulfonic acid respectively. their N-aryl or N-alkyl substitution products can combine. The dyes obtainable in this way produce blue tones of extraordinary clarity and very good fastness to washing, light and acid in their re-coppered coloring. In terms of these properties, they are considerably superior to the dyes, which are built analogously from the German patent specification 61053.
The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a disazo dye. The process is characterized in that tetrazotized 4,4'-diaminodiphenylene-3,3'-bis-glycolic acid is combined with 2-p-anisidylamino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid. The new dye obtained is a dark powder which dissolves in water with a blue color.
Dyed on cotton from the Glauber's salt bath and then copper-plated, it delivers blue tones of high clarity and very good wash and lightfastness.
<I> Example: </I> A hydrochloric acid tetrazo solution of 4.4'-diaminodiphenylene-3.3'-bis-glycolic acid, corresponding to 5. g of nitrite, is converted into a solution of alkaline soda while cooling and stirring 26 g of 2- p-anisidylamino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid were added dropwise. After the coupling has ended, the separation of the dye is completed by adding sodium chloride.
The dye, dyed on cotton from the Glauber's salt bath and then copper-coated, provides blue tones of high clarity and very good wash and lightfastness.
