Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de désorption et de détection d'un analyte adsorbé sur un dispositif de microextraction en phase solide (SPME). Le système comprend une chambre de désorption dimensionnée de manière à accueillir le dispositif SPME tout en délimitant un volume vide inférieur à environ 50 µl; un injecteur de flux en communication fluidique avec la chambre de désorption, la chambre de désorption et l'injecteur de flux étant mis en communication fluidique par au moins un raccord de fluide à isolation de flux; une source de solvant en communication fluidique avec l'injecteur de flux; et un commutateur de fluide qui : dans une position de désorption, permet au solvant d'être pulvérisé par l'injecteur de flux tout en isolant du flux toute solution de désorption dans la chambre de désorption, et dans une position de détection, met hors circuit la source de solvant tout en maintenant la communication fluidique entre l'injecteur de flux et la chambre de désorption, transférant la solution de désorption à travers le raccord de fluide à isolation de flux vers l'injecteur de flux sous la forme d'un bouchon de liquide sensiblement non dilué.
