Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'emballage sous film extensible de groupes de produits (11) progressant en paires de produits adjacents, les maintenant ainsi ordonnés et espacés ; acheminant et faisant passer les groupes de produits ordonnés dans une première unité d'enroulement annulaire (14) de film extensible et enroulant les groupes de produits (11) dans un premier film dans un premier sens de rotation formant un emballage continu ou des paquets ; faisant avancer et acheminant les groupes de produits déjà enroulés dans la première unité d'enroulement avec un premier film vers une second unité d'enroulement annulaire (15) de film extensible dans un second film dans un second sens de rotation opposé au premier sens de rotation, formant un emballage continu avec deux couches de film enroulées dans des sens opposés ; faisant avancer et acheminant l'emballage continu dans une unité de coupe (16), qui se déplace de façon synchronisée avec ledit emballage continu et qui coupe l'emballage continu transversalement en des groupes finis de produits (11) ; en amont de ladite première unité d'enroulement annulaire (14), lesdites deux rangées de produits étant ordonnées en groupes de produits (11), espacés et séparés les uns des autres, après quoi lesdits groupes de produits espacés séparés étant soumis aux étapes suivantes du procédé ; ladite étape d'enroulement desdits groupes de produits dans ledit film dans lesdites deux unités d'enroulement annulaires (14, 15) étant déclenchée sélectivement et en alternance au moyen de l'une des deux bobineuses annulaires (32) prévues pour chacune desdites deux unités d'enroulement annulaires (14, 15), réalisant ainsi un enroulement continu de groupes de produits également dans la phase d'épuisement dudit film dans au moins l'une desdites bobineuses annulaires (32) prévues pour chacune desdites deux unités d'enroulement annulaires (14, 15). L'invention concerne également une machine d'emballage sous film extensible de produits (11) acheminés vers l'avant par groupes en paires de produits adjacents (11) comprenant une unité d'ordonnancement (13) pour deux rangées continues de groupes de produits adjacents (11) et les maintenant ainsi ordonnés, une première unité d'enroulement annulaire (14) et une seconde unité d'enroulement annulaire (15) qui effectue un enroulement dans un sens opposé à celui de la première unité d'enroulement (14), une unité de coupe (16) de l'emballage continu ainsi formé pour créer des groupes finis de produits (11), enroulés sous film extensible de matière plastique et formant un emballage final, les deux unités d'enroulement annulaires (14, 15) fournissant chacune deux bobineuses annulaires (32) qui peuvent être actionnées sélectivement et en alternance pour former l'emballage continu.
