Abstract
Conformément à des modes de réalisation, l'invention porte sur des cartes de paiement et sur des procédés de fabrication des cartes de paiement. Dans un mode de réalisation, une carte comporte une première couche et une seconde couche adjacente à la première couche. La seconde couche comprend une pluralité de particules comportant du métal, et la pluralité de particules comportent au moins environ 15 % en volume de la seconde couche. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un mélange est préparé, comportant un polymère et une pluralité de particules comportant du métal. La pluralité de particules comportent au moins environ 15 % en volume du mélange. Le mélange est pressé et une couche externe est appliquée. Le mélange et la couche externe sont ensuite coupés pour former la carte.
