Abstract
L'invention concerne un ou plusieurs instruments chirurgicaux permettant d'accéder à un tissu délicat, comme un tissu cérébral ou un tissu mammaire, à travers une incision transcutanée. Le besoin d'accéder audit tissus délicat peut découler de diverses raisons : un accès à un site chirurgical pour fournir un canal de travail permettant d'accéder à un tissu délicat par l'intermédiaire d'instruments chirurgicaux ; insertion d'une prothèse gonflable ; établissement d'un canal de contrefort externe sur lequel supporter un tissu. L'ensemble formant instrument chirurgical comporte une combinaison entremêlée d'un rétracteur creux à manchon ouvert et d'un dispositif d'introduction formant cale à embout conique. Le dispositif d'introduction formant cale est introduit dans une zone adjacente au manchon creux. L'embout distal du dispositif d'introduction formant cale s'étend au-delà d'une extrémité distale du rétracteur creux et en avant d'une extrémité distale du rétracteur creux, de sorte que le dispositif d'introduction formant cale traverse un tissu délicat en avant de l'extrémité distale du rétracteur creux et guide le rétracteur creux vers le tissu délicat.
