Abstract
L'invention concerne des compositions de milieux de culture, ces compositions comprenant du milieu de culture de base de Murashige et Skoog (MS), des concentrations variées d'hormones végétales, et d'autres additifs, qui conduisent, in vitro, à une induction de germination et à l'arrêt de la dormance de l'axe épicotylé, extraordinairement rapides et synchronisés, chez Polygonatum Cirrhifolium Royle, une espèce de plante médicinale menacée de disparition, ainsi qu'un procédé de propagation in vitro plus rapide de Polygonatum Cirrhifolium Royle.
