Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de recouvrir un substrat, qui consiste à déposer par électrolyse une composition applicable par électrodéposition sur ledit substrat, à chauffer le substrat recouvert afin de durcir le revêtement déposé sur celui-ci, à appliquer sur le revêtement durci appliqué par électrodéposition au moins une composition de revêtement contenant un pigment et/ou une composition de revêtement sans pigment, afin de former un revêtement supérieur, et à chauffer le substrat recouvert afin de durcir ledit revêtement supérieur. La composition applicable par électrodéposition est formée à partir d'une résine contenant un groupe de sels cationiques non gélifiés, les groupes de sels étant formés à partir de groupes aminés terminaux et/ou pendants, et d'au moins un agent de durcissement de polyisocyanate aliphatique partiellement bloqué. L'invention concerne également un revêtement composite multicouche résistant à la photodégradation, constitué d'une couche amorce formée à partir de la composition applicable par électrodéposition et d'un revêtement supérieur appliqué sur ladite couche, le revêtement composite ne présentant sensiblement pas de délaminage entre les couches lorsqu'il est exposé à un ensoleillement à spectre solaire concentré équivalent à deux années d'altération atmosphérique extérieure. L'invention concerne enfin des procédés améliorés permettant de recouvrir un substrat par électrophorèse.
