Abstract
L'invention concerne un Aspergillus sojae) recombinant comprenant un gène S (amdS) acétamidase introduit en tant que marqueur sélectable. Elle concerne également un Aspergillus sojae qui exprime la croissance dans un milieu comprenant uracile et un acide fluoro-orotique, mais n'exprime pas la croissance dans un milieu comprenant uridine et un acide fluoro-orotique (c'est-à-dire, Aspergillus sojae exprime l'auxotrophie pour l'uracile, est incapable d'utiliser l'uridine, est pyrG négatif, est résistant à l'acide fluoro-orotique, peut être libéré après complémentation avec un gène pyrG) introduit). The Aspergillus sojae comprend en outre une séquence d'acide nucléique codant une phytase ou une protéine ayant une activité phytase ou toute autre protéine ou polypetide hétérologue, et peut être utilisé pour la production biotechnologique de cette phytase ou de ces autres protéines ou polypetides hétérologues.
