Abstract

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de molécules d'acides nucléiques codant pour les sérine protéases de type de subtilisine ainsi que la modulation des gènes correspondants visant la production de plantes transgéniques possédant des caractéristiques stomatiques modifiées. L'invention concerne notamment des molécules d'ADN recombinants comprenant ces molécules d'acides nucléiques et leurs compléments; cette (ces) molécule(s) d'acides nucléiques est (sont) liée(s) de manière fonctionnelle aux éléments régulateurs de manière à permettre l'expression de cette (ces) molécule(s) d'acides nucléiques. L'invention concerne également des cellules végétales, des tissus de plantes et des plantes transformées au moyen de cette (ces) molécule(s) d'acides nucléiques; elle concerne en outre l'utilisation de ces molécules d'acides nucléiques, des molécules et des vecteurs d'ADN recombinants avec des cellules végétales et des cultures de tissus, dans la sélection de plantes et/ou dans des méthodes d'agriculture, notamment pour la production de plantes à phénotype amélioré.
