Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de cuisson (10) permettant de cuire des matières alimentaires dans une zone de cuisson (21) hermétique sous pression pendant une certaine durée. Au cours de cette période, l'alimentation électrique du dispositif (16) chauffant est commandée par un moyen de commande (35) de façon à se situer d'abord à un premier niveau inférieur, la pression dans la zone (21) est ensuite évacuée et le moyen de commande (35) augmente le niveau de puissance fourni au dispositif (16) chauffant à un deuxième niveau relativement plus élevé.
