Abstract
Un combustible solide, par ex. sous forme de rejets, de biomasse ou de charbon, est gazéifié dans le lit fluidisé en circulation sous apport de gaz contenant de l'oxygène à des températures de l'ordre de 700 à 1000 ·C. On obtient un gaz combustible contenant des poussières et des hydrocarbures, y compris des hydrocarbures supérieurs (hydrocarbures C¿6+?) et présente une valeur calorifique comprise entre 2000 et 8000 kJ/m?3¿. Le gaz contenant les poussières est guidé à travers une chambre de séparation dans laquelle les hydrocarbures supérieurs contenus dans le gaz sont séparés dans une large mesure, sous apport d'oxygène gazeux à des températures comprises entre 800 et 1200 ·C et en dessous de la température de fusion des cendres. La teneur en hydrocarbures C¿6+? du gaz qui sort de la chambre de séparation représente tout au plus 10 % en poids de la teneur initiale. Le gaz qui se dégage de la chambre de séparation est refroidi, dépoussiéré et est guidé à travers au moins un lit ou au moins un réacteur avec des solides granulaires liant les polluants, la purification du gaz s'effectuant sans formation d'eaux résiduaires.
