Patente de Invenção: <B>'''PROCESSO DE GASEIFICAçãO DE COMBUSTìVEIS SóLIDOS EM UM LEITO FLUIDIZADO CIRCULANTE''<D>. Combustíveis, por exemplo, substâncias de rejeito, biomassa ou carvão mineral, são gaseificados em um leito fluidizado circulante com a adição de um gás oxigenoso a temperaturas na faixa de desde 700 até 1000° C. é obtido um gás combustível que contém pó fino e hidrocarbonetos, inclusive hidrocarbonetos superiores (C6+-hidrocarbonetos) e tem um valor calorífico entre 2000 e 8000 kJ/m^ 3^. O gás carregado de pó fino é passado através de uma câmara de separação em que os hidrocarbonetos superiores presentes no gás são largamente separados pela adição de oxigênio gasoso a temperaturas na faixa de 800 até 1200° C e abaixo da temperatura do ponto de fusão da cinza. O teor dos C6+-hidrocarbonetos presentes no gás que emerge da câmara de separação é no máximo 10% em peso do teor inicial. O gás proveniente da câmara de separação é resfriado e despulverizado e passado através de pelo menos um leito ou pelo menos de um reator com sólidos granulares que se ligam com poluentes. O processo de purificação de gás é realizado sem formação de água de rejeito.
