Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif à sac de réaction (10a) pour opérations et/ou réactions de culture/séparation, notamment pour la culture de cellules antitumorales ou de cellules stimulant ces dernières. Dans le dispositif selon l'invention, un sac de réaction comprend une multitude de compartiments (18a, 26a, 38a, 52a), dans chacun desquels peut être placé un produit de départ pour l'étape correspondante et des réactifs peuvent être mis en contact au cours de ladite étape pour obtenir le produit réactionnel, ainsi que des ouvertures (82a, 86a, 44a', 54a) pour recueillir le produit réactionnel à la sortie du compartiment (18a, 26a, 38a, 52a) respectif.
