Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un système pour administrer un agent bioaltérant et la composition ainsi préparée. L'invention consiste à former une dispersion solide de l'agent bioaltérant dans un état d'énergie accrue dans un polymère soluble à l'eau, qui est compatible avec l'agent bioaltérant. La transformation de l'agent bioaltérant en un état d'énergie accrue, et sa congélation dans cet état dans un polymère soluble à l'eau, se traduit par la disponibilité (biodisponibilité) d'un agent bioaltérant pour un biosystème lors de la dissolution du polymère. Ce procédé et cette composition se sont avérés extrêmement efficaces pour administrer des produits sensiblement non solubles et d'autres ingrédients bioaltérants.
