Abstract
La présente invention concerne un catalyseur porté par un support, c'est-à-dire un métal du Groupe VIII de la classification périodique immobilisé sur un support de carbone. Le catalyseur comporte des atomes d'halogène, le métal du Groupe VIII et un support de charbon actif. La surface hydrophobe de ce support est supérieure à celle du charbon actif normal. L'invention concerne également le procédé d'utilisation d'un tel catalyseur dans une réaction de carbonylation d'un composé organique, de préférence dans la réaction de carbonylation du butadiène en acide penténoïque, un précurseur du Nylon.
