Abstract

método para preparar conjugado de polipeptídeo flslologicamente ativo em sítio específico. a presente invenção provê um método para preparar conjugado de polipeptídeo fisiologicamente ativo em sítio específico com alto rendimento, pelo tratamento de um poiipeptídeo fisiologicamente ativo com um polímero não peptídico na presença de um álcool em um ph especifico, o qual pode ser desejavelmente empregado no desenvolvimento de formulações de ação prolongada de vários fármacos peptídicos com alta atividade in vivo e meia-vida no sangue acentuadamente prolongada.
