Abstract
APARELHO, MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA OBTER UMA PLURALIDADE DE IMAGENS DE UMA AMOSTRA. A invenção se refere a um aparelho, um método e um sistema para obter uma pluralidade de imagens de uma amostra disposta em relação a um dispositivo de amostra. O aparelho compreende pelo menos um primeiro conjunto de detecção óptica de um eixo ótico e pelo menos uma unidade de translação arranjada para mover o dispositivo de amostra e o primeiro conjunto de detecção óptica um em relação ao outro. O movimento do dispositivo de amostra e do conjunto primeiro conjunto de detecção óptica em relação ao outro é um caminho de varredura, que define um ângulo teta em relação ao eixo óptico, em que teta é maior do que zero.
