métodos e sistemas para cálculo de retardamento de gota para citometria de fluxo. a pres ente invenção refere-se a um método para calcular um retardamento de gota em um fluxo de um citô de fluxo. em uma modalidade, o método inclui as etapas de determinar um gráfico de larguras através da medição inclui as etapas de determinar um gráfico de larguras através da medição da largura de um fluxo com base em uma imagem do fluxo e ajustano retardamento de gota com base no gráfico de larguras. em um outro aspecto, a invenção refere-se a um sistema de citômetro de fluxo para calcular automaticamente retardamento de gota. em uma modalidade, o sistema de citômetro de fluxo inclui dispositivos para determinar um gráfico de larguras com base em uma imagem do fluxo; e dispositivos para calcular o retardamento de gota com base no gráfico de larguras.
