Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA DETERMINAR A TEXTURA DE MATERIAL ALIMENTìCIO. A invenção relaciona-se a um método de determinar a textura de material alimentício, incluindo as etapas de aplicar um impacto vibratório com uma freqúência predeterminada ao material alimentício, medir a resposta vibratória do material alimentício ao impacto vibratório, e comparar a resposta vibratória com pelo menos um valor de referência, determinado antes da medição. O material alimentício está em um estado líquido ou semi-sólido e/ou contido dentro de um corpo de recipiente (16), tal como um tubo. Em um segundo aspecto, a invenção relaciona-se a um aparelho (10) para determinar a textura de material alimentício, em que o aparelho inclui um dispositivo (12) para gerar um impacto vibratório, tal como um piezo atuador, um dispositivo (14) para medir vibrações, tal como um vibrómetro, um mecanismo de retenção, incluindo um corpo de recipiente (16) para conter o material alimentício nele ou uma corda para prender o material alimentício a ela, e um analisador para comparar vibrações medidas com pelo menos um valor de referência, determinado antes da medição.
