Abstract

materiais estruturais com emissões de carbono próximas a zero a presente invenção refere-se a processos e métodos para elaborar e preparar, composições e produtos estruturais provenientes dos mesmos são providos, segundo os quais a área de superfície de pós à base de alumino-silicato é amplamente aumentada e criada de forma quimicamente ativa de modo que quando os pós funcionalizados são misturados com água, as reações de policondensação ocorrem entre as superfícies ligando os pós juntos para formar um material estrutural com emissão desprezível de compostos de carbono. em outra modalidade, os pós de superfície funcionalizada podem ser misturados com um aditivo; um agregado seco, tal como areia e água para fazer uma pasta fluida que pode ser derramada ou projetada em qualquer formato desejado e rapidamente curada em uma forma endurecida adequada para uso como um material estrutural, com o equivalente de resistência mecânica dos produtos de concreto à base de cimento portland. em modalidades adicionais, os pós à base de alumino-silicato são nanofuncionalizados e de espuma funcionalizada para prover leveza e materiais estruturalmente fortes que também podem ser usados em combinação com ou como um substituto para o cimento portland.
