Abstract
METODO PARA FABRICAR CATALISADORES SUPORTADOS POR ÓXIDO INORGÂNICO. Um método para fabricar um catalisador suportado por óxido inorgânico envolve impregnação de um componente de óxido inorgânico com um metal catalítico utilizando um banho ácido aquoso. Mais especificamente, o método envolve formar e lavar um componente de óxido inorgânico, tal como uma sílica-gel ou sílica co-gel, por exemplo, uma sílicazircônio co-gel. O componente de óxido inorgânico lavado é então colocado em contato com o banho acídico para efetuar a impregnação com o metal catalítico, tal como césio, para formar um componente de óxido inorgânico ativado. Subsequentemente, o componente ativado é seco para formar o catalisador. Os catalisadores resultantes possuem área de superfície aumentada, que é benéfica com relação à acessibilidade e quantidade de sítios ativos de forma catalítica.
