Abstract
ROSA CONTENDO FLAVONA E MALVIDINA E MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma rosa caracterizada por compreender uma flavona e malvidina adicionadas por um método de modificação genética. A flavona e malvidina são tipicamente produzidas por expressão de um gene de flavona sintase transferido, gene de flavonóide 3',5'-hidroxilase de amor-perfeito e gene de antocianina metiltransferase. O gene de flavona sintase é, por exemplo, um gene de flavona sintase da família Scrophulariaceae, e especificamente pode ser o gene de flavona sintase de boca-de-leão da família Scrophulariaceae, ou o gene de flavona sintase de torenia da família Scrophulariaceae. O gene de flavonóide 3',5'-hidroxilase é, por exemplo, o gene de flavonóide 3',5'-hidroxilase de amor-perfeito. O gene de antocianina metiltransferase é, por exemplo, o gene de metiltransferase de torenia da família Scrophulariaceae.
