Abstract

APARELHO PARA POSICIONAR E ABRIR MARISCOS E MéTODO PAPA POSICIONAR E ABRIR MARISCOS. Trata-se de um aparelho para posicionar e abrir mariscos que tem pelo menos uma pista de processamento por meio da qual o aparelho inclui as seguintes estações de uma estação de introdução e de classificação seguida por uma estação do conjunto de reorientação que utiliza um sistema de visualização e uma estação do conjunto de retenção e de abertura. As ditas estações de processamento são conectadas operativamente nessa ordem em conjunto para receber o marisco que contém carne para posicionar o dito marisco de acordo com a sua forma e orientação para permitir que o marisco seja dividido pela metade de modo que uma metade do marisco tenha a carne do marisco na mesma. Também é incluído um método que possui as etapas de classificação do marisco; aplicação do sistema de visualização para determinar e comparar a orientação do marisco, reorientação de cada marisco de modo que o marisco fique apontando na direção correta, colocação do dito marisco no dispositivo de alinhamento vertical para fazer com que o dito marisco fique substancialmente vertical, e carregamento do marisco no conjunto de elevação para elevar o dito marisco para permitir que o conjunto de retenção e de abertura mantenha o mesmo de encontro ao rompedor de articulação, e aplicação de um vácuo para criar uma abertura larga por meio da qual o conjunto de facas opera de maneira deslizável para cortar a carne de uma metade do marisco.
