Abstract

BOCAL DE INJEÇçO PARA COMBUSTÍVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um bocal de injeção para a injeção de combustível em um motor a diesel, particularmente, em um motor a diesel de grande porte, de dois tempos, que inclui um corpo de bocal (2) e uma cabeça de bocal (3), ligado ao mesmo, que tem um furo longitudinal (5) e uma ou mais aberturas de bocal (4.1, 4.2), que começam no furo longitudinal, a fim de injetar combustível em um espaço de combustão do motor a diesel. O bocal de injeção inclui, ainda, uma agulha de válvula (6), disposta dentro do corpo de bocal (2), e um assento de válvula (7), que coopera com a agulha de válvula, a fim de controlar o abastecimento de combustível ao furo longitudinal (5) e às aberturas de bocal (4.1, 4.2). Está prevista, adicionalmente uma bobina de válvula (14, 14') no furo longitudinal da cabeça de bocal (3), para abrir e fechar as aberturas de bocal (4.1, 4.2), que está dotada de seu próprio dispositivo de ativação (8.2, 9.2, 15), a fim de operar a bobina de válvula (14, 14') de modo deslocado em tempo em relação à agulha de válvula.
