Abstract

LAVADORA DE PEçAS DE TANQUE MóVEL. A presente invenção refere-se geralmente à uma lavadora de peças aquosa ou a base de solvente usada para lavar graxa, óleo, sujeira e outros detritos provenientes das peças mecânicas usando uma solução de limpeza e, mais particularmente, a uma lavadora de peças com um tanque móvel e tampa móvel pivotadamente conectadas a um alojamento oco para facilitar o acesso dentro do alojamento para substituição e manutenção de um reservatório de solução de limpeza. A lavadora de terceira geração é feita de polímero reforçado moldado em uma configuração de concha em torno de um reservatório oscilante. Uma bomba é também pivotadamente conectada abaixo do tanque para retrair a bomba durante as operações de mudança do reservatório de solução de limpeza. O dispositivo inclui um tanque moldado com vaso e cárter reforçado com uma interface para controlar a liberação de fumaças entre o tanque e a tampa pivotante. A lavadora de peças também inclui luz embutida colocada próxima da área de trabalho no lado inferior da tampa para iluminação durante as operações de lavagem, uma armação de suporte para o tanque para estabilidade melhorada do aparelho e um mecanismo de engate equipado com uma conexão de baixo ponto fusível para a resposta a proteção contra fogo ótima do termofusível.
