Abstract

PNEUS PARA CARGA PESADA. Um pneu para carga pesada é dotado de uma estrutura de talão de enrolamento na qual uma parte virada para cima de uma lona de carcaça é enrolada em torno de um núcleo de talão, em que uma parte de talão é equipada com uma lona de reforço de talão dotada de uma seção em forma de "U" e uma borracha de ápice de talão dotada de uma seção de forma triangular. A parte virada para cima tem uma parte virada para cima auxiliar que passa através das imediações de um lado radialmente externo do núcleo de talão. A borracha de ápice de talão inclui uma parte de ápice interna de alta elasticidade disposta em um lado radialmente interno e uma parte de ápice externa de baixa elasticidade disposta em um lado radialmente externo. A parte de ápice interna tem uma seção em forma de "L" que inclui uma parte de peça de fundo situada ao longo do lado radialmente externo da parte virada para cima auxiliar, e uma parte de peça levantada que sobe em um lado extremo axialmente interno da parte de peça de fundo e estende-se radialmente para fora de uma maneira afilada ao longo da parte de corpo da lona de carcaça
