Abstract

ARTIGO DE AçO FERRAMENTA PARA TRABALHO A FRIO DE METALURGIA DO PO. é revelado um artigo de aço ferramenta para trabalho a frio de metalurgia do pó de pó pré-ligado atomizado por nitrogênio compactado isostaticamente a quente. A liga do artigo inclui a adição de nióbio, que, combinado com o uso de atomização de gás, resulta em uma fina distribuição de tamanho de carbonetos. Isto, por sua vez, resulta em uma maior resistência à fratura no dobramento e tenacidade ao impacto. Além do mais, em decorrência da compactação isostática de pó pré-ligado atomizado com gás nitrogênio, resulta em uma fina distribuição de carbonetos para obter uma microestrutura que atinge tanto maior tenacidade quanto resistência ao desgaste.
