Abstract

UNIDADE DE EMBREAGEM. A invenção refere-se a uma unidade de embreagem constituída de, pelo menos, uma embreagem de fricção com um disco de pressão (5) que, em relação a um disco de contrapressão (4) que pode ser ligado, de acordo com o acionamento, com o eixo de saída de movimento de motor, pode ser deslocado à prova de torção, contudo limitado axialmente, sendo que o disco de pressão e o disco de contrapressão possuem, respectivamente, uma superfície de fricção, entre os quais podem ser tensionados os revestimentos de fricção (18) de um disco de embreagem (19), sendo que o disco de pressão axial em um lado do disco de contrapressão, e uma disposição de alavancas,(11) que pode girar na direção axial, estão previstos no outro lado do disco de contrapressão, a disposição de alavancas pode ser admitida por um dispositivo de acionamento (23) para o fechamento da embreagem e pode ser tombada, de acordo com o tipo de uma alavanca com dois braços, em torno de um apoio giratório (15) em forma de anel, suportado pelo disco de contrapressão ou por um componente ligado com ele, sendo que além disso, a disposição de alavancas está ligada radialmente externa com o disco de contrapressão, através de meios de tração (13), além disso, o apoio giratório está suportado por um anel de reajuste de um dispositivo de reajuste, para a compensação, pelo menos, do desgaste que surge nos revestimentos de fricção do disco de embreagem, que pode ser torcido, pelo menos, em relação ao disco de contrapressão. A unidade de embreagem apresenta, além disso, meios de mola (6, 30) que atuam axialmente sobre a disposição de alavancas, os quais exercem uma força axial resultante através do trajeto de fechamento da embreagem com curva característica do trajeto de força digressiva.
