Abstract

Microorganismo e método de produção de L-lisina. A presente invenção proporciona um microorganismo que pertence ao gênero Corynebacterium e tem um gene da desidrogenase NCg12053 inerente inativado e um método de produção de L-lisina que usa o mesmo. Usando o microorganismo, o rendimento de L-lisina é aumentado, visto que um gene da desidrogenase NCg12053 inerente está inativado. De acordo com o método, a L-lisina pode ser produzida com elevado rendimento.
