Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE COBERTURA DE MóDULO DE AIR BAG. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de cobertura de módulo de air bag adequada para uso em uma motocicleta, melhorando a tenacidade ou semelhante. linhas de rasgar formadas comopartes frágeis são providas não na superfície de uma cobertura de módulo (22) sujeita à influência de fatores externos tais como chuva, poeira,etc.,mas em partes superiores de três superfícies laterais que não sejam a superfície lateral voltada para o lado dianteiro de veículo, de quatro superfícies laterais de um módulo de air bag em forma de paralelepipedo aproximadamente retangular (20).São providas três linhas de rasgar; especificamente, ambas as superfícies laterais na direção de largura de veículo são dotados,cada uma primeira linha de rasgar (26) em uma parte (b) mostrada na figura, e uma segunda linha de rasgar (27) é provida em uma parte (c) mestrada da figura,como fendas (4) para passagem através delas de correias de suporte de air bag. Consequetemente quando ocorre inflação e desemvolvimento do iar bag, a cobertura de módulo (22) se desenvolve de tal maneira que abra uma tampa,com um lado no lado dianteiro de veículo de um invólucro (23) servindo de eixo. Além disso,de um lado o lado dianteiro de veículo, são formados batentes que duficultam a abertura da cobertura de módulo (22) além de um ângulo predeterminado.
