Abstract

BLANQUETA DE BORRACHA DE IMPRESSãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma blanqueta de impressão (20) é projetada para ter menor rebaixamento, menor variação em espessura com o passar do tempo de uso, ser menos suscetível à temperatura ou umidade, e que emprega material têxtil dotado de excelente estabilidade dimensional, desse modo tendo uma durabilidade suficiente contra variação em espessura na impressão de alta velocidade. A blanqueta de borracha de impressão (20) inclui uma camada de borracha superficial (22), e pelo menos duas camadas de tecido, em que pelo menos uma das camadas de tecido diferente daquela localizada adjacente á camada de borracha superficial (22) é de material tecido produzido de um fio de contagem n<198>10 ou menor porém de contagem n<198>6 ou maior usado para fios de urdidura do material tecido, e um fio de contagem n<198>30 ou menor porém de contagem n<198>20 ou maior usado para fios de trama do material tecido, e do material tecido ser submetido a um processo de estiramento em que o material tecido é expandido na direção de urdidura.
